CONTRIBUTION TO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION ORGANIZATIONS IT IS DIFFICULT TO AGREE ON WELFARE COMMUNITIES DEFECT WATER IN PADANG CITY
Abstract
The Association of SAS associations was formed on the basis of the similarity of the area of origin of the nomads, namely Solok Regency. SAS Padang City members expect routine and social activities. Meanwhile the Padang City SAS itself has carried out various social activities for members. The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) the contribution of the association of the Association of Sulit Air Sepakat to the prosperity in the economic field and (2) the contribution of the organization of the Association of Sulit Air Sepakat to Sulit Air in the field of public education. The theory used is the Gemeinschaft theory proposed by Coley. Research informants numbered 9 people consisting of administrators and members of the SAS City of Padang. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was performed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study were found that: (1) Contributions to improve welfare in the economic field that is providing capital assistance to the people of Sulit Air in the city of Padang who are in need. Provision of venture capital must go through the requirements of having a clear business and a definite location. The contribution of the Padang City SAS community is also to establish an amil zakat body which aims to collect zakat from members of the Padang City SAS and distribute it to members who are entitled to receive zakat. The amil zakat body was formed because the members of the Padang City DPC SAS had considerable zakat potential. (2) Contributions to improve welfare in the economic field, namely providing scholarships to school-age children who come from Difficult Water. This scholarship aims to improve the quality of human resources, so that they can achieve better welfare.
