Abstract. Human Resources Development Workshop of Yayasan Insan Cipta Medan. In terms of achieving targets and creating good performance and service, Yayasan Insan Cipta Medan must have members who are responsible and have good human resources. This is because Human Resources, especially those in accordance with the concept, are one of the important processes in running the wheels of the foundation to provide the best service for the community. This dedication was made to find out how HR strategies to improve the quality of members of the Insan Cipta Medan Foundation. In this service, an online interview process was carried out to members of the Insan Cipta Medan Foundation and to complete the service materials also took from related books. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on several research references related to human resources, the human resource development strategy carried out is in accordance with Guidance and Counseling and Agencies. This is because of the human resource development strategies they carry out such as service to the community that is directly related to the management, coaching to form a good personality and tolerance, besides that there are also good things aimed at improving the quality of service to the work of the management towards service to the community.
