Abstract

In teaching Indonesian to foreign speakers, there are several components that must be prepared. Teachers need to understand the BIPA SKL to prepare the syllabus and lesson plans (RPP). This is necessary so that teachers can develop syllabus and lesson plans with the material in a local context. In preparing lesson plans, teachers should integrate four aspects of language skills, namely listening, speaking, reading, writing with aspects of grammar and culture. Local cultural elements can be incuded in texts to introduce local culture through the learning process.
